If you run a business in Noida and are planning a website, the first question is usually "how much will it cost?" The honest answer is that it depends on what the website has to do. This guide explains what local businesses usually order, three example budgets, the costs people forget, and how to plan so you don't pay twice.
I'm Arun Tyagi, a web developer in Sector 58, Noida. The ranges below are typical market ranges and my own project bands — your quote depends on your scope.
What Noida businesses usually order
- Company websites for manufacturers, exporters and service firms in the industrial sectors — credibility for buyers who check you online before a meeting.
- Enquiry-focused sites for clinics, coaching institutes, interior designers and real-estate firms, where the goal is calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Booking and order systems for restaurants, salons and service businesses.
- Custom web applications for companies replacing spreadsheets or old PHP software.
Three example budgets
| Type | What it includes | Typical range |
|---|---|---|
| Basic business website | 5–8 pages, mobile-friendly, contact form, basic SEO, template-based design. | Rs.10,000–25,000 in the wider market |
| Professional business website | 8–15 pages, custom design, speed and SEO work, editable CMS, analytics. | Rs.25,000–80,000 |
| Website with a system | Booking, payments, customer accounts or an admin dashboard. | Rs.60,000–1,50,000+, and more for custom applications |
My own business websites usually fall in the Rs.40,000–80,000 band, and custom applications are quoted after scope.
What moves the price
- Design — a template adjusted to your brand costs far less than a custom design.
- Features — every form, integration or login area adds work and testing.
- Content — if you supply text and photos, the project is faster. Writing and photography are extra.
- Technology — WordPress suits content sites; Laravel suits custom systems.
- Experience — a senior developer costs more per hour but usually less over the life of the site.
Costs people forget
- Domain — renewed every year.
- Hosting — shared hosting is cheap; a booking system or application needs better hosting.
- Maintenance — updates, backups and small changes. Budget a monthly amount from the start.
- Content updates — new photos, pages and offers over time.
- Marketing — a website does not bring visitors by itself. Local SEO and a well-set-up Google Business Profile matter most for Noida searches. If you are unsure who to hire, read website designer vs web developer in Noida.
How to plan the budget
- List what the website must do in the first three months — not everything you might want later.
- Collect three websites you like and note what you like about each.
- Decide who will update content after launch.
- Ask for a written scope with what is included and what is not.
- Keep the domain and hosting in your own name.
Cheap now, expensive later
The most expensive website is the one you rebuild a year later. Common reasons: the developer disappeared, the site cannot be edited, it is too slow on mobile, or the domain was registered in someone else's name. Spending a little more for clean code, ownership and handover notes is usually the cheaper option over two or three years.
